I draw a lot of inspiration from tribal and ancient art, and this series of illustrations showcases African masks. These masks are far more than just decorative—they have been, and still are, used in rituals involving dances and chants, often representing natural spirits.
For this series, I chose animals from African wildlife and designed masks based on them. I envisioned people wearing these masks with costumes, performing traditional dances. I kept the style minimal to capture the essence of ancient and tribal art.
